The membership meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 10 has been moved to the Board of Education Public Hearing on Thursday, April 11th at 5:30.  There are 10 Home School Assistant positions being eliminated from the budget (they’re all attending the meeting) and President DiClemente will be speaking to the Board, as will some of the Home School Assistants.  The District’s plan is to shift their work onto the staff in the schools.

We are encouraging those members who were planning on attending the membership meeting to go to the Board of Education Public Hearing on the Budget at 131 West Broad Street, Central Office at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 11.  The public hearing will be over in less than an hour.
