Brothers and Sisters,
Many of you are aware of the problems our members have encountered since the RCSD has implemented the new Oracle management system. Pay checks have been incorrect and many people have not been paid at all. I and the rest of the officers at BENTE are in constant communication with the District to try to get fixes to all the problems.
I took our case to the Board of Education Meeting on Thursday, July 31, 2025. The Board of Education needs to know what is going on and demanding that the District do better by us. Here is a link to my speech: President Palmerini's speech.
BENTE members are the hardest working employees in the RCSD, and I and the rest of the BENTE officers will not stop fighting for us all to get what is owed to us.
