The District is accepting applications for its Employer Assisted Housing Incentive for the 2016-2017 school year.  The District shall provide up to ten, $3,000 grants for employees to use towards a down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of a home within the City of Rochester.  Employees who are purchasing their first City home may also qualify for an additional grant of up to $3,000 from the City of Rochester.  Neither benefit is income contingent and all employees are welcome to apply.  Information regarding the application process and the Notice of Intent to Participate can be found at the following link:
